Pricing questions, answered
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Starter is free for up to 3 employees and includes time tracking, basic attendance and 1 project. Creating an account does not ask for a credit card.
How is Pro priced?
Pro is $5 per user per month. A team of 10 people on Pro costs $50 a month. Use the estimate above to try your own team size.
Do employees need to pay separately?
No. The workspace administrator manages the account and adds employees. Each employee signs in to the EmpGrid desktop app with the account their administrator created.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Write to [email protected] or use the contact page and we will help you move to the plan that fits.
What does activity tracking record?
The desktop agent counts keystrokes, mouse clicks and mouse movement in 10-minute windows, and notes the app and window title in focus and idle time. It never records which keys were pressed, typed text or passwords.
